Position Summary:

We are looking for a Product Development Engineer III developer to join our team of Piccosoft. In this position, you'll work in product development. We are expecting the below points to full fill this role.

• Master Coder (Efficient Programming)
• Design one or more business-critical Components/Services independently that are Scalable, Secure, has test coverage. E2E aspects of compatibility with Devops, logging
• Operational excellence - CSM, implementation, Support, and Customers' needs are taken care of (tools)
• Mentors more than one Product Development Engineer.
• Innovate and easily
• Help the team in reducing on-call volume, RCA, and improvements

Responsibilities :

• Experience in software development, and product development organization experience preferred.
• Be able to distill business objectives into technical solutions through effective system design and architecture
• Be able to work independently on a project-by-project basis and also work in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment
• Be able to provide technical and analytical solutions to evaluate the merits and challenges of a product idea

Qualifications :

• 7+ years of Software Development experience in JavaScript, Angular Js/React JS, Mongo DB
• Strong Knowledge and proven experience of Semantic HTML5 and Responsive Cross-Platform CSS
• Knowledge of OOP JavaScript
• Strong experience in JavaScript & AngularJS/React JS.
• Hands-on coding experience is mandatory
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English
• Work in an Agile environment with regular team activities
• Working closely with product owners and designers.
• Eye for design aesthetics and attention to detail with a good understanding of UI/UX principles
• All around team player and self-learning individual
• Contributor to open-source projects - a plus
